      - You can earn a ridiculous amount of money - Lot of responsibility - Learn a lot of new things about software solutions.

      Cons

      - 100% in-office policy. - Lots of different (and useless) KPI's. - Effort or strategy you put in is not very relevant, everything is about how much you sell at the end of the day. - No team activities or budget to do activities with the team.

      The team I work on has a great culture. We look out for each other and work to make our customers happy.

      Cons

      From listening to employees, they really like the workplace, but the pay is on the low side for their skillsets and could stand to be improved. Due to this the workload seems high at times.
