Pros

There are no pros except you get to work in Brickell, where all is expensive and there are major floods.

Cons

Lowest commissions for software sales out of any software company. (They pay you in ARR even though you sell for 3 years - they pocket your commission for the years you sell over 1 year). Leadership is made up of young professionals who like to practice favoritism. There is no structure on quota attainment and you have to guess when you will be evaluated as they have random performance evaluations (so even if you covered your seat for the year you can be let go at any time.) Operational inefficiencies due to constant acquisitions are a prominent issue that eventually becomes the reason people leave the company. The ever revolving door of management roles shows you there is no stability or job security. Run from a job opportunity if you have one with Kaseya. Just look at the reviews from actual users on Reddit or other public forums to see why it is a horrible company to work for.

Lack of support

Pros

Growth with a constant increase in workload. I truly hope to see this company evolve to something more productive with the new CEO.

Cons

The company is not focused on actual culture unless you refer to the "Culture" they believe is right for them. They are not "Work-Life Balance" as they say they are. They constantly add responsibility without a pay increase. And let's say Bonuses are not contingent on what is actually your work, upper SVPs and Executives downgrade your efforts and contributions, which leads to less bonus and lower merit increases. Lack of resources and support in all aspects leads to not only challenges with internal/ external partners but with your initial scope of work.
