Teammates are super friendly and social Opportunity to learn the industry Emphasis on relationships forces you to think outside the box for your customers and go above and beyond for them to create stronger relationships you learn how to be a good account manager even if you’ve never been in tech before.

Cons

Micro management Politics influence account ownership and promotions management doesn’t like to get in the trenches and only cares about their forecast Random quiet layoffs Hr is non existent and only there to fire you

Constant reorganization - 6 in 5 years Corporate priorities change fast Priority changes are poorly communicated Managers lie and hoard important information Managers do not keep the team informed Managers play ridiculous power games Managers taking credit for your work. Everyone is throwing everyone else under the bus Culture of overwork Perennially understaffed & underresourced No appreciation for employees
