Business Outlook
Pros
Hands down one of the better companies I’ve worked for. Employees are treated well and shown the same respect regardless of how long you’ve been with the company or what position you hold. It’s a great environment to work in and one that I grow to appreciate more and more every year.
Cons
There isn’t as much diversity in management as you’d expect there to be in 2021. Having been with the company for almost 5 years now, I don’t believe it’s purposeful, but I still think this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
