I work in the Sydney office and I can honestly say I've never worked in a more supportive, positive and fun workplace. It's a dynamic business and it keeps you on your toes, but we are supported by our managers and exec team who ensure we have what we need to reach and surpass our goals/targets. I actually enjoy coming into work each day!

Cons

Kaseya is a fast-growing business and with that comes growing pains. These have come in the form of platform issues after large system migrations. This is expected with a large business however, in time these will be ironed out and processes will be bedded-down and stream-lined.

Since the acquisition by Datto, my journey with Kaseya has been challenging, but incredibly rewarding. One of the most remarkable aspects of this transition has been the emphasis on offering opportunities for Datto legacy employees like myself and old Kaseya peers equally to flourish within Kaseya. The company has fostered an environment where every individual feels empowered to contribute to its success. I have personally experienced this inclusive culture firsthand, feeling appreciated for my contributions. The leadership team has been emphatic in recognizing the talents and capabilities of every employee. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, this is the place for you.

Cons

One aspect that could be improved is the balance between speed of execution and accuracy. At times, there seems to be a tendency to prioritize speed over ensuring accuracy, which can occasionally lead to errors or oversights.
