      1. I have the chance to build relationships with partners, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions, fostering a sense of satisfaction from helping them achieve their goals. 2. Kaseya offers cutting-edge IT management solutions, allowing me to promote innovative products and services to clients, staying ahead of the competition. 3. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture.

      Cons

      1. Kaseya's solutions can be technically complex, requiring Account Managers to possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and management principles to effectively communicate with partners. However, one can leverage on the solution specialists to cover them for your partners. 2. Meeting client expectations and addressing their evolving needs can be demanding, requiring me to be proactive, responsive, and adaptable. 3. I am required to travel to the office, attend conferences, or participate in training sessions, which can impact work-life balance.

      Work hard Play Hard Environment Competitive Compensation Great Office Location Fun Company Events, Conferences Team Atmosphere Continued learning and training paths and internal career growth (promote from within culture)

      Cons

      Only con would be for people who want hybrid / remote work as this is fully in office

      Thank you for sharing your experience. It is true that Kaseya has an on-site work policy without the option for remote work in most cases. This is because research indicates that team members collaborate more effectively, learn faster, and are more productive when they work together in an office environment. Additionally, it is our experience that after only a brief period of time on-site employees have a higher success rate and a significantly larger network than their peers who work mostly remote. We believe in Grow Your Own – meaning career growth for our Kaseyans from within, at a fast pace, and it’s most effective when we are in the office working together!
