      Pros

      Good company who actually cares about their customers. My team and manager are good and really have tried to help me be the best at my job. Management seems to be doing their best to manage the needs of everyone even though its a large organization.

      Cons

      Benefits and pay could be better but due to a global pandemic they are limited with options and it's understandable.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment with well above industry average compensation. Never have to make a cold call. You are given a book of business and your job is to keep the customer happy while expanding wallet share with upsell and cross sell opportunities..

      Cons

      This is not a lifestyle company. If you're looking to kick back and not work hard look elsewhere. Kaseya gives you the ability to make a lot of money but you will need to work hard for it.

      - Good Pay - Great Coworker Relationships - Good trainer (Geoff; first 2 Weeks)

      Cons

      - Management is terrible; Don’t be fooled, managers are looking after themselves vs. the team - Older NCA reps will steal your deals if you are not on them - Insane Pressure to Perform from Day 1 on the Sales Floor - Don’t expect any training after first 2 weeks - Takes At-Will Employment to another level - Don’t expect to be taken seriously if this is your first tech sales job - This company will drain you of your enthusiasm to work
