Pros

Allowed lead my area and work independently. No micromanagement. I am trusted to get the job done. My opinion is listened to and valued. Flexibility for me in hours helps. I work late when I need to or pick up issues out of hours. The payback being if I have an appointment I don't need to take a half day. This is critical being a parent and also helping with an elderly parent.

Cons

Requirement to be in office 3 days a week. I don't work with anyone in country. The team member I work with is US based. There isn't anything I can do in the office that I can't do at home. My commute is about 100 miles daily. No issue coming in from time to time if needed. I would reconsider my position if office return is mandatory 5 days a week.

- Grow your own scheme allows for alot more internal promotions - Constantly looking to promote from within as opposed to hiring externally - Alot of opportunities to improve on or establish new processes - Equity is accessible at all levels

Cons

- Some minor outdated processes however there is a general willingness to improve these
