I work for an acquired company of kaseya and I cannot even begin to describe what an unprofessional mess it has been. We have been fed inflated statements about a grand suite of software that has zero weight to it. They have done a complete overhaul to our systems that was poorly rolled out. I now watch our sales team be buried in high call numbers and other outlandish goals which are unattainable. Don’t even get me started on our unorganized and egotistical “leadership” team. They expect us to drop everything and adhere to their needs on a daily basis - not even acknowledging our current workloads. Most days I work on projects for Kaseya, rather than the company I work for. They have completely destroyed our benefits plan, slashing our vacations and not offering any WFH options.
I loved the company I worked for before Kaseya and I know a bunch of other employees did too.
At this point our team is losing excellent talent because they’re fed up with how it is now the Kaseya show. They make us feel like we don’t matter and we’re just numbers to them that can make them money. There is no humanity or even REAL THOUGHT to many of the decisions that are made.
