      Pros

      Kaseya is a great place to work, especially if you are young, hungry and motivated to make an impact and grow within an organisation. Pay is good and if you are a high performer will make a lot of money quickly. The better you perform, the better the rewards will be - both in cash, equity and promotions. To summarise, if you are willing to work hard, you will be successful at Kaseya.

      Cons

      High expectations right off the bat - sink or swim. However, management is there for anyone who asks for help and anybody who asks for help receives it and there is support/ alternative options such as change of role for people who are willing to remain at Kaseya but maybe change roles if they would like to try something new.

      Stellar Opportunity at a Growing Company

      Pros

      Kaseya has fostered nothing short of an epic culture in its Dublin office. While we all contribute individually, there is a strong team dynamic and a general feeling that we are working towards something bigger for the industry. This is primarily down to Kaseya's leadership, both locally in Dublin, and across the company. Unlike many other companies which I have worked for, Kaseya's leadership team are very transparent about why various business initiatives are important and this is something I personally value. Kaseya is a place where hard work and results are rewarded. Those who perform well are well compensated - with both bonuses and equity. This compensation, coupled with the consistent education, travel opportunities and amazing culture make Kaseya a really enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Some intense work sprints however, successful execution is always rewarded with further financial compensation and/or career advancement. This is not a place for those who are happy to just coast along.
