      The fake reviews are out in force

      Pros

      Decent pay. Good people, below management level. They actually try to improve the software. Learn how to write fake 5* reviews on Glassdoor. If you just want to come in, pick a bug ticket off the board and pretend to work on it, never say a word (to avoid being noticed and fired) )while collecting a paycheck, this is a great job for you. Get to hear Sr. management talk bad about everyone else while promising you are the only one they can trust. Good lessons in how not to run a software company.

      Dishonest management Extreme turnover Desperate attempts at outsourcing that increased turnover Cuts in benefits Company culture was destroyed by new management Old technology, buggy and insecure software No future plans (other than management to cash out). They buy companies to destroy them, while thinking outsourcing to eastern Europe is a good idea. Middle management (as seen in previous reviews) are constantly hired to be scapegoated and fired for upper managements mistakes.

Worth mentioning however, that all of our reviews have been written by happy and proud Kaseya Employees :) Nothing fake here! Our benefits package includes everything from medical, dental and vision to retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and flex time off. We also put a strong focus on career development through our training programs (management training especially) and promoting within the company. The future plans for the organization, including IT Complete, are routinely shared at town hall meetings - so we are a bit confused by some of your con comments. We wish you all the best in your future career endeavours!

      Keeps getting better

      Pros

      Every day I'm excited to come into work. When I started, things honestly weren't as good as they are now, but the vision and leadership team have make a lot of positive changes for both our team and customers. I really enjoy being part of this family.

      Cons

      As with any job you love its easy to get sucked in and work too many hours. Most of this is my own doing because management is always encouraging to take time off as needed.

      Everyday is a New Challenge

      Pros

      A company which is growing at a fast pace with multiple acquisition in a year.You get a chance to work with multiple business units interact with multiple stakeholders and grow in your career. In my career I have never come across an organization like Kaseya where leaders run there businesses by numbers and believe in Analytics. Kaseya takes care of its performers and rewards them with awards and recognition. If you like to work in a challenging environment Kaseya is the place to be.

      Cons

      Nothing as such. It's one of the best companies I have worked for. Not a big name in the Indian job market but experience is rewarding.
