      Pros

      Great team and happy to come to work every day. I like being challenged and working in a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Some other employees here have weird expectations and think they know better than management so they go rouge and then complain when its clear they were in the wrong. I just keep my head down and ignore it because these employees never last long.

      decent salary and good team environment, good product

      Cons

      The first 3 months no comp plan. Office wasn't ready so we had to sit in storage room during 4 months KPIs are actually in the way of selling as they are unrealistic (70-100 calls a day 4 hrs talk time ) what wasn't agreed in interview. No clear vision of management seems like a cash out place for investors high turnover , people leaving without even having another job
