      Pros

      No job is perfect, but I can confidently say Kaseya is about as perfect as it gets for me. The family, culture and customers make me excited to get up and come in to work every day. Part of this is I tend to thrive in challenging environments where those around me are always trying to raise the bar and that's exactly what you find here. I mean, who wants to do the same boring thing day in and day out without trying to get better.

      Cons

      Communication between business units could be a little better but its also not critical that I communicate with some of the newly acquired companies right now. I do appreciate that they seem to be integrating them slowly to do it right vs fast.

      Pros

      Fast paced, fun place to work. Kaseya has grown exponentially over the last few years which provides a real sense of accomplishment. If you like being part of a winning team then Kaseya is a company you should consider working for.

      Cons

      It's really fast paced, so if you're not prepared to work hard, then it's probably not the right place for you.
