      Pros

      You can make some cash in your first 12-18 months. Let you travel. They spend well on Presidents Club. Scattering of people who really do want to help. Good product

      Cons

      The cash stops when the opt outs start. Very little involvement felt from senior management. Plans change in a second with no care for how it impacts on staff and/or customers. No training or mentoring

      Pros

      Kaseya is a growing company with a great product, great people and relatively no negativity. The benefits are great, everyone is easy to work with and supportive of the common goal-grow the business.

      Cons

      There generally is not a lot of feedback or direction on performance given by management, unless they are not happy. Management decisions are often made on an impulsive basis (at least that is the appearance). There is not a clear career growth path identified. The company does need some maturing.
