      People are great, corporation & management was awful

      Pros

      Back before Datto was bought out this job was fun, felt cared about instead of a cog in the machine

      Cons

      over worked, underpaid, Kaseya gutted the Datto culture they said they purchased it for. Anything good about working there was taken away, then all the good technicians left.

      Impressive Improvements and Great Projects in RMM Domain

      Wide range of interesting products, especially in the RMM space Noticeable improvements in process clarity over the past year Development tools have been upgraded to latest versions Customer feedback is regularly shared with the R&D team Collaborating with a highly skilled and motivated team

      Cons

      Limited opportunities (at least for those working in the Polish office) for international business travel, despite the office's global presence.

      Bonuses that's really about it

      Cons

      Leadership, business ethics, they don't care about you, they will tell you they will help and support you through the learning curve but I saw people getting fired a month after being hired even though you are told it will tal 6 months to get use to the position
