Pros

Poor management, no training and toxic "VPs/leaders". They treat their employees like dogs, no respect and degrading. Zero future working at this company, other recruiters will vouch with horror stories. Rotation of layoffs and "dismissal" when employees get close to bonus/commission periods. The entire company needs to be investigated.

Cons

Addition to the employees, customers need to be treated better.

Pros

Good people and good environment/culture

Cons

You will not get paid what you are promised and your comp plan will be manipulated to hold you to your target OTE as a maximum ceiling. They will dangle the stock options carrot in front of you instead of actual pay raises, but they don't vest for 3 years and are not given all at once and they can take them away at any point in time.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Stock options take time to vest at almost all companies. Once vested, they cannot be "taken away" and are yours to cash in at the next liquidity event, which are usually spaced 18 - 20 months apart. Equity is distributed in addition to base pay, commissions and bonuses and is not something most private companies offer. They are a reward for top performance and the time invested working at Kaseya.

Pros

-You could meet some nice co-workers -You get bonuses every 4-5 months -They have a happy hour 2 a twice

Cons

- No remote - Very Micro Managed - Low Pay - Have to work holidays - They don't care about employee retention, instead of trying to improve the current employees, they will just fire them and re-hire new ones - High Ego in the most Upper management - They will move to a different department, expecting to learn another product and work both with no extra benefits -They tried to introduce a program to get promoted, I've been here for almost 2 years and this program is still not in place. Wanting to get promoted? Good luck -PTO is not good
