Pros

If you are a straight-out-of-college individual who doesn't know any better, this will seem like a phenomenal opportunity for you. In reality, Kaseya thrives on hiring people like you so they can underpay you, offer you a truly horrible benefits package while they smile and tell you how great it is, and brainwash you into believing that you actually matter in the company. Everything kaseya does is for the financial benefit of the 5-6 delinquents at the top. No one else matters.

Cons

Company is built on lies and smoke & mirrors. They are truly a representation of “don't look up".

Thank you for sharing your experience. We currently offer competitive starting salaries, annual performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package which includes a PPO health plan, life insurance, and disability insurance without any recurring costs for employee only coverage. Our PTO starts at 20 days for new hires and national holidays are in line with our industry and company size. Most employees are eligible for equity option grants effectively making employees part owners of the company, which is something not many other private organizations offer. The Kaseya CEO prioritizes execution and accountability above all else. As a result, people who demonstrate the ability to get things done are offered the most opportunities for advancement, even over those with a fancier resume. Kaseya is a meritocracy. If you value a workplace where performance is the only limiting factor to what you can achieve, Kaseya is the right choice for you.

It’s a mess

Pros

Kaseya acquired Datto as part of a hostile takeover and immediately came in forcing heavy handed changes, none of them good. They took a great place to work and ruined it. The pros are you will get a paycheck.

Cons

The C level management is cartoonishly incompetent, and doubled down on every culture clash. The benefits suck, no 401K match, embarrassing Monopoly money equity grants, and te base isn’t enough to make up for it. Stingy PTO, they don’t trust their employees to do their job remotely, even if they’ve been high performers throughout the pandemic. Series of poor decisions that are tanking the company.

Pros

None. There are no pros to working for Kaseya. Not one.

Cons

They use less secure technologies and wonder why they have been involved in security breeches. They don't care about employees, their needs, or their personhood. They care about bodies in seats, but only if they are lower cost. They come into bustling companies, tear down their culture, tear down the workforce, and lie every step of the way. There are a number of interviews of the CEO available that exemplify exactly how terrible it is to work for this person. He is an active staunch supporter of some of the most homophobic and oppressive candidates, but says that he keeps the business apolitical. All while tearing down company ERGs, removing pride symbology, and firing employees who actively speak out about his transgressions. Don't work here. Your mental health is not worth the paltry paycheck.
