Pros

Kaseya is a fantastic place to work and very lucrative as long as you have grit, entrepreneurial spirit, and LOVE money. I'm going on the Kaseya Air private jet to our global conference next month, and celebrating 2 years with the company next Thursday. If you put the time in, and are genuine with your customers and your career path, you will do well.

Cons

Just because you have worked in sales doesnt mean you will be successful here. You have to work your butt off Its not easy.

Toxic environment, zero job security: Avoid.

Pros

Salary, some people, location in Krakow.

Cons

The instability of B2B contracts fosters a constant sense of insecurity. Moreover, even with an employment contract in place, you may find yourself dismissed just one day after receiving negative feedback, despite having performed well up to that point. The toxic work environment breeds a culture of fear, where any remark can be weaponized and reported to management. This atmosphere of surveillance and retaliation undermines trust and morale. Employees are monitored continuously, and what you say can be relayed back, so it’s advisable to keep conversations confidential in the office and refrain from sharing sensitive information in Teams chats, as it can be seen. There was once a manager who would yell and humiliate employees, yet this individual was valued and rewarded by management for years. Many people still remain in the company who uphold these "values." The chaotic approach to product management, marked by shifting priorities and unplanned tasks, exacerbates burnout. Overtime is unpaid unless specifically requested, and a flawed architectural framework leads to a considerable and unanticipated workload. For your own professional health, I recommend looking into other opportunities.
