Pros

The tight knit family like culture is Kaseya’s top selling point for me. Forming close bonds with your co-workers in a company like this isn’t that difficult because collaboration plays such a significant role in our overall success. I couldn’t be happier.

Cons

Clearer communication from management is needed. No one likes to feel left out of the loop especially with the uncertainty everyone is feeling because of COVID.

Pros

Team driven environment. Flexibility. Vacation. Salary pay. Access to gym and free parking in Brickell.

Cons

Had to wear several different hats for the company. You are not only in sales, you are in support, pro-serve, implementation etc. But this helps you throughout your career.

Pros

I felt compelled to write something because of the way Kaseya has handled COVID19 and their employees. Everyone all over the world is trying to stay afloat and navigate this mess and while I always think there is room for improvement I am glad this is my employer. Management really is doing everything they can to manage all the different needs of us and our customers with as little pain as possible.

Cons

Benefits could be a little better for the size of company, but they are competitive for the area
