-Senior leadership has very high turnover, meaning that the direction for the company constantly shifts -Yearly salary increases are minimal (1-3%). Bonuses are often not large either. The company may reward you in vested stock if they like you but the vesting period is 2+ years. If you leave the company you don't get to keep the stock -No room for career growth because people don't leave the company and there has been a halt on promotions for the past 2 years -When creating the process operations calendar, people often ignore the fact that Mondays and Fridays are work from home days, meaning that the teams are often in office 4-5 days a week instead of 3 days a week -Everything is always a priority -Teams are always looking for another team to blame.
