      good discounts ability to make commission, provides some motivation to push yourself to sell harder made some really amazing, supportive friends here

      good luck trying to use sick hours without being guilted no training or positive onboarding whatsoever plenty of gossip and favouritism managers are passive aggressive lack of effective communication, some coworkers will not even make eye contact with you corporate visits are frequent and stressful part-timers are maxed out in terms of hours just below full-time to deny them benefits strict and irritating dress code

      great, colorful people, fun environment in the office, lots of access to merchandise

      Cons

      HR team does not promote internally or facilitate any moves lateral or promotional. long, long hours expected. Managers are hit or miss as anywhere. My first one had serious favorites and ignored everyone else. Second one was a bit all over the place. Never had any goals set or reviews from either.

      Bay Area DM is a nightmare of a leader with avoidance and condescending elevated jargon as leadership tools that are both ineffective and demotivating. Senior Management runs the company like an episode of Mean Girls.Corporate level is clueless and disconnected.
