Good discounts, nice stuff, not that hard of a job quite easy. Never really stayed after hours.

Cons

Too much drama, no hours, bad pay and hard to work your way up. Company does not care about their employees.

The people! Great tangible benefits/culture! Fun product!

The company does not have good growth plans in place to keep employees satisfied and developing appropriately. There is a tendency to string people along with future opportunities that may not come to fruition and/or may not mean very much when given.

Bay area Dm is a nightmare! She doesn't care about her people. If you buy her bs, your in good with her. There have been several complaints to hr, and nothing is done about her abusive demeanor.
