      generous discounts one free piece of clothing a month hourly pay not bad

      Cons

      high targets so its really hard to make a bonus- the company does this on purpose so they dont have to pay any extra money to staff the store managers are not nice people, very hard to work for always creating drama in their teams alot of back stabbing and double standards all the company cares about is how much you can sell to customers and what your numbers are, they get mad if you dont sell enough- high stress

      Learned a lot about the industry and the way it works.

      Cons

      Racist company. If you are a woman (or man) of color then don't even waste your time. You won't get very far. No diversity in the corporate office at all, it's just sad. Also, totally clueless HR and managers. This company is too all over the place and too concerned about the way you look and dress, not your brain and intelligence. What an uncomfortable place to work.

      Kate Spade treat their staff member like they are disposable, the pay is bad, no recognition, racist and hypocritical managers, constant bullying, and the district manager is a fake liar.
