Cons
This place has horrible, horrible upper management. While working at the store level, there wasn't even a human resources department to go to for support. They hired the most vile and horrible person as a store manager, who continuously skipped work, verbally abused employees, lied, and treated clients very poorly. This store manager was also grossly unqualified for the position, and unable to complete the essential (and rather easy) duties of the job. This person did not even know how to save a Microsoft Word document It's really unfortunate that stores are run so poorly. The company has such great PR, marketing, and branding going on.
