Pros

Great employee discount program which included free items quarterly. I loved the brand which made it easy to love the products.

Cons

Poor compensation. Poor work/life balance. Management values within the store and at the regional level are lower than low. Inappropriate conversations, sexting in the bathroom (and showing the nude pictures to staff), employee harassment and bullying... the list goes on and on. Don't be fooled by the "cute-ness" their lack of professionalism and decency is not "cute."

Pros

The brand is "colorful", wardrobing and discount is great. There is flexibility to host events in your store. Team culture is the biggest pro - you can decide how you would like to shape this part of your business.

Cons

Inconsistencies in communication (from DM and corp) no development at upper mgmt level. DM was not "people oriented, focused" and was not approachable.

Pros

There weren't any pros as far as I'm concerned.

Cons

I was hired in October and I worked one two hour shift in the stock room when I was promised four hours, and I worked three hours on black friday when I was promised eight. After black friday, I mysteriously stopped showinng up on the schedule and when I asked why that was, I was told that because I was "the last person hired" for seasonal help, the system sometimes didn't recognize my name. I felt that they thought they could take advantage of me because this was my first job. It was completely overwhelming and I did not recieve any formal training. I never worked behind the cash register either. Very weird experience.
