Kauffman School reviews

I have been working at EMKS for about a year now, and it has truly been a rewarding journey. I chose to join the EMKS team because there were areas in my career where I wanted to grow. To do that, I sought a role that would not only expand my knowledge but also refine the skills I already possess. At EMKS, feedback and professional development are top priorities, and in just one year, I’ve received training and insights that would have taken much longer to gain elsewhere. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’m excited to see what another year will bring.

I have been at Kauffman School for almost 2 years as an employee and I am continually impressed by my peers and by our students. As a black leader, I love that our staff population mirrors the diversity of our students. I love that we have a culture of giving and receiving feedback amongst everyone which creates a never-ending cycle of personal and professional growth. I often say there is no other school I'd rather work for in because I feel so connected to our mission to create college graduates and I see first-hand everyday how dedicated our team is to making this dream come true. I would highly recommend Kauffman School to any of my family members to attend school and highly recommend it as a great place to work. Not only will you grow, no matter what level of your career you are on, but your heart will be full from it.
