There are literally no "pros" to work for the Kauffman School.

Cons

The cognitive dissonance of leadership is truly astounding. They lead PDs about fighting "white supremecy culture," then enact policies that directly weaponize the 13 characteristics of white supremecy. The curriculum, routines and policies of Kauffman school do not lead to effective learning for students. There's a reason they hire fresh graduates to serve as teachers, because they know a teacher with real experience would never stand for their tomfoolery.
