Tons of professional development Supportive administrators Deans to support with behavior Deans of instruction to support with content Beautiful campus The kids are incredible and the real joy of the job This is not a school where you are an island. It was designed to keep teachers working together closely.

Cons

All the typical problems of our education system No autonomy over what you teach Can get pretty micromanaged depending on your role or manager Might be difficult to adapt to especially if you are an introvert.

This job isn’t for the faint of heart. It can at times be demanding. Lack of flexibility in classroom autonomy.
