      Pros

      Kauffman hires the most amazing people. I am constantly surrounded by the most supportive teachers. We are constantly giving each other affirming feedback and adjusting feedback which always us to constantly better our teaching.

      Cons

      Coaching can tend to be over whelming at certain times, but once you create that relationship with your coaches it becomes learning experiences to be a better teacher.
