Benefits are good. The shift hours are good. 6a-2p, 2p-10p 10p-6a. Also have a weekend shifts.

Cons

No incentive to stay. Someone that has been there 10yrs makes the same as Someone who has been there 2yrs. Communication is terrible.

The best part of working here is that you get the best of both worlds - a global company that doesn't feel too big. Excellent health care, amazing people who care about you and a lot of growth opportunities.

There is sometimes a disconnect between headquarters in Germany and the local Troy office.
