1. Totally incompetent, ruthless president in the history of the company. I feel bad for others working under him. 2. Culture of fear tactics, many employees are scared and not willing to speak up due to fear of loosing job. Several people who left the company have emotional scars for the life. 3. Employees are unwillingly spending time on dealing with politics than doing right things for the company. ** Please do your home work before joining the company. Talk to past employees , friends who worked there. Not everybody is bad but there are many employees not happy with the person running this company.
