      Everything.If you are an Engineer and after you start working for this company, you'll forget all what you learnt. Degrades your thinking ability and creativity. If you just care about paying your bills, then go work for this company.

      Pros

      The best part of working here is that its a Textron company so the benefits are good and the pay is decent for most. If your in the technician field expect to be underpaid for your work. You only make a few dollars more an hour than the operators.

      Cons

      There is no stable foundation to the company. No one can seem to take charge and put all the ducks in a row. In a company it should be 1. safety 2. quality 3. production. not production quality safety. Even if there is a problem, bringing it up to upper management just gets your laughed at. Guaranteed to work 6 days a week and 60 hours with no personal/family time.
