      Pros

      The environment is collaborative and energetic and the company empowers people to get involved and try new things. There's a sense here that we're all on the same team and we're going to achieve big things-at all levels. Very Good benefits and I'm proud to work here.

      Traffic can be heavy leaving Chelsea.

      tons of overtime you dont have to worry about covid they never close

      Cons

      you have to always be there on time, never miss a day or they fire you a lot of rules/procedures etc at work high levels of noise cant take a break cant get tired

      I was living in New Bedford commuting to Chelsea after the hire. One night on a snowy night my car lost control on the snow and crashed. Couldn't get car fixed for two days mechanic told me and they firede for missing those days even showing proof
