      Food all the time even in mornings

      Cons

      the environment is very old fashioned and none to zero from younger generation. Most of employees are old and really resistant to change. CFO puts his nose in everything and the company stopped growing pretty much. No room for growth and doesn't offer opportunities for personal and professional growth

      Pros

      tons of overtime , sick time, vacations, health care and a lot more of benefits and sometimes the company gives money to the employees (500 dll) if the company is getting new contracts and the level of production raising and this year the pay rate increased to everyone

      Cons

      It is hard and tiring (CT kitchen, CT peeling, CT packing, Muscle Meat, Old kitchen, The ovens etc.. except for Slicing Room. Pack off and some other areas
