You're right - it can get downright chilly working in our Cooler section all day! For this reason we offer a higher pay rate for our cooler and freezer sections, and provide the gear to stay as warm as possible. We appreciate the feedback. Our Supply Chain Analysts gain good exposure both internally with a variety of functions, plus externally with our customers on the grocery side. Our Analysts must stay on top of promotions, resets, new item activity, ads, projections, and then some! It's an important role that typically leads to becoming a buyer (Planner), and from there doors can open to a variety of career paths internally, either supporting our Customers in grocery, or our Suppliers who produce organic, natural, fresh products.
