While your base pay may fall short of your expectations, I hope KeHE's benefits, particularly the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) make up for it, especially considering you're fully vested! By now you should have nearly a full year's salary worth in company contributions. I appreciate the work you're doing in Supply Chain!
