As a new Keane Federal employee who has 5+ years contracting experience, I find Keane is very proactive about looking out for its employees -- now and in the event a current contract is not renewed. Although one needs to make a name for oneself pretty early on in the first contract, if you play the game, you will likely succeed. I am proud to work with Keane; it is a one stop shop for superior project management consultancy and support.

I see a clear vision, seeing good progress in definition and growth since acquisition, very positive and solid future for them. My experiences with senior executives on down to consultants has been very positive. They have brought in many good people to balance out what they had to offer before -- any good company grows and evolves in this way and Keane is no different. The change was difficult in the beginning, but I see light at the end of the tunnel and already have personally experienced us reaping the benefits of good leadership. I think for many who are on the client site every day and don't have exposure to certain things, this may be difficult to see, but solid progress has been made and continues. I've worked for many consulting companies, including the big 4, and in comparison I am very happy with my experiences at Keane.
