Pros
You get paid overtime depending on which client you are assigned. There are some bright employees that I'm proud to work with.
Cons
1. They will cut your salary shortly after you are employed with them. They make a good salary offer, and then reduce after your other job offers have vanished. 2. You will get let go after completing an assignment; pipeline is small 3. Unless you work in India, job prospects or movement are zero to none. 4. Your boss is virtual; I've never spoken or met my supervisor; communication is via email and usually addressed to a group. When you leave Keane you won't be able to get a recommendation from your boss because he/she don't know you.
