      Keane used to be good, but not anymore. It's now a desi company. I just wish I could fire the CEO and his board.

      Pros

      The company still has good employees from the old Keane, though many have left or been laid off after the merge in 2007.

      Cons

      The company now just cares only about profits. It treats employees like crap and throws' em away when the job is done. That's why many good people from the old Keane have left, and the new Keane is losing its customers everywhere.

      Pros

      great ppl ... and lot of technologies to work with you can move around in whatever technology you want to like I moved from SAP to datawarehousing very good place for ppl who lile to travel as they have clients all over USA nice team member who can be helpful ... the place i used to work was near home so commuting was great get to work with all domains from manufacturing to finance

      bad compensation and benefits senior ppl need to give more importance to their ppl

      Pros

      Very good pay, and interesting, important work done for government clients. Benefits are average for local industry but realatively good nonetheless. Great people to work with and their are very few Corporate requirements that interfere with performance.

      Cons

      Recent merger has caused pains. Keane Federal has been supporting Keane proper and our successes are not being rewarded. There appear to be a number of untrained managers, and poor processes for selecting candidates for leadership positions. Company seniority does not matter as their is no process to screen potential candidates before selecting someone to fill management vacancies.
