      Good infrastructure and good management

      Cons

      no proper cafeteria since the office is split into 4 separate buildings. If you are out of a project beware, being on bench for long could get you a pink slip.

      Pros

      High turnover so they're always hiring. Mid range salary for the region. Lots of different projects coming in so there is opportunity to work on different things

      Cons

      Pretty low morale. Really not the kind of place you'd want to stay for the long run. While the salary is okay for the region, it's very low compared to other areas in North America. Unless you're set on living here, I would recommend moving.

      Management has no idea what you do for the client

      Pros

      The people in my office were fabulous.

      Cons

      We were mostly supplemental staff and our management really had no idea what we did for the client on a daily basis. If the client was happy then management was happy. When the client had unrealistic expectations( schedule, requirements) then management seemed to be out of touch.
