Unfortunately, this list is decreasing by the day, but lets try - yes, Global company with varied opportunities. Reasonable policies and benefits. Good Opportunities and very friendly co-workers.

Cons

The strategy for growth which is primarily acquisition does not seem to work . All the good consultants leave as they do not want to handle big company bueracracy. Primarily a staffing firm , there are a very few large customer engagements with managed services and this situation does not seem to improve inspite of the numerous acquisitions. The entire support organization like Finance and HR are a joke and sure shot opportunities for outsourcing.
