      Pros

      Salary on time. some 401k instead of nothing. some kind of health insurance. company get together, ball games etc.

      Cons

      Medical plan sucks. Been there over three years with same designation and little increase in salary. I would say not much growth, after all its a service based company, so unless you move jobs around in the organization, there wont be much salary hike. Note for h1bs: They do not do green card processing. The not so good thing is, they wont say upfront. They would say wait 18 months, 6 more months etc and finally say they don't do it. Anyway that's for Sr. Consultant position, not sure about higher positions though.

      Some good experience if you are new to the industry. Some engagements are better than others.

      Cons

      Yearly raises don't happen HR is unresponsive Little or no direction for training No career advancement Some engagements treat consultants like second class citizens Some engagements expect you to work overtime with no pay.
