      Good opportunities to move up or at least make yourself slightly more useful if you can prepare yourself technically for business opportunities.

      I loved the work, but the job became insanely pressurized.

      Management has no idea what you do for the client

      The people in my office were fabulous.

      Cons

      We were mostly supplemental staff and our management really had no idea what we did for the client on a daily basis. If the client was happy then management was happy. When the client had unrealistic expectations( schedule, requirements) then management seemed to be out of touch.
