Pros
Keane's a business process outsourcing company, as such there's considerable opportunity for international contact. While you learn to work with the local people you're on a team with you're interfacing with people halfway around the world and meeting with businesses in the states to match the needs of one with the capabilities of the other. It is not boring work.
Cons
Outsourcing does mean travel. If you're not ok with travel you'll have a hard time working for Keane however if you don't mind there are more than enough upsides to outshine any potential downsides.
