      Pros

      At the time I worked for Keane (prior to buyout from Caritor followed by NTT), it was a great place to work with many talented experienced project managers. I learned so much, and was always invited to participate, and contribute.

      Cons

      Once Caritor took over Keane many of these talented folks left the company and the company's quality and reputation in the market took a nose dive.
