This is US based IT consulting company with lot of Fortune clients. They sponsor visas and green cards. Good salary (depends on the client).

Cons

Benches consultants when there is no project. Does not provide training while on bench. You are with your own team when on project, you will hardly be dealing with Keane.

Good for freshers. At very early stage freshers get lot of opportunities. work pressure depends on projects.

Cons

Lot of politics at middle level management. I have worst experience in this company. Worked for around 2 year for one of the project called JUICE (insurance) but those two year were like hell. Lot of politics and partialities were there in that project. If you are fresher they will expect you to work like a 4 year experienced person, If you are experienced you will die.
