Pros

Very good for freshers. The kind of responsibilities and work a fresher is assigned is above par when compared to other companies.

Cons

There is way too much difference between the pay scale for laterals and the employees who stick to the company. There is no effort from the management to recognize and retain good employees.

- Good learning... You get to do everthing and learn a lot since they cut down on expenses like crazy, it will mostly be a one man show...

Cons

- No variable components in package... but i think that has changed now. - No salary hikes for 2.5 years - Focused on unbalanced growth and that led to its downfall.
