      Well Structured, Employees well appreciated as drivers of the consulting practice, great training and education

      Cons

      At the time, statewide offices needed more assistance from the head offices due to lack of qualified staff at remote office level.

      Pros

      This is US based IT consulting company with lot of Fortune clients. They sponsor visas and green cards. Good salary (depends on the client).

      Cons

      Benches consultants when there is no project. Does not provide training while on bench. You are with your own team when on project, you will hardly be dealing with Keane.
