      Pros

      Most of the time it was fine, due to being left alone and working under the direction of the firm you were assigned to.

      Cons

      Seemed to be a lack of support from the management group with in Keane. When time came for annual review, was told I was not a team player, and released by the firm I had worked for for many years, regardless of the 15 years at Keane.

      Pros

      Keane attracted some very high-caliber people that were a pleasure to work with, and had a strong work ethic at my client location.

      Cons

      Keane offered an attractive career path/opportunities up front that did not happen. While this happens in consulting, I was not impressed with management's efforts.

      Pros

      An opportunity to work on different projects with different technologies. Many competent consultants with years of experience. Good benefit options.

      Cons

      If you are unwilling to travel or relocate, this is not the place to work for you. You will have to be flexible since there are opportunities all over the country. The problem is that the opportunities are scattered for the most part. Over the past few years Keane's sales team has not been up to par in winning new business, so the opportunities are becoming more limited.
