      Overall a good company just slowly declining.

      Pros

      I got good exposure to different projects and clients. Great benefits and not too much employee cost. Great consultants !

      Cons

      In the last years the reputation and number of big clients have been reduced significantly. I'm have seen many key management positions replaced with newly arrived people of India. The company went private after being public traded. Mixed feelings about tuition , now more restricted and no major degrees are really allow.

      Pros

      You are given some flexibility in your work schedule once you prove that you can meet deadlines and get the work done.

      Cons

      When my last project was finished, they were not able to get me another assignment so they ended up laying me off after 2 weeks "on the bench". Also, superior job performance is not adequately compensated because the annual raises has a very narrow range: 1% to 3%.

      Pros

      I had 3 job offers the day I joined Keane...it was for the great atmosphere it provided...suddenly, I found myself working in a team that I wasn't the 'best' in...and I loved it...I've learnt a lot in the last 5 years with the company.

      Cons

      It's a desi body shop now...after the merger with Caritor a lot of things have gone right and a lot of things have gone wrong too. Too much emphasis is put on whether an employee is legacy Keane or legacy Caritor.
